Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be perfectly intact.
• Custom-stitched or altered garments are strictly non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please log into your account, navigate to "My Orders", and select the "Request Return" option next to your item. Alternatively, you can email our support team at returns@marutitrends.com with your Order ID.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
