You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, please visit your "My Account" dashboard or contact our customer support immediately.
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may refuse the delivery, or accept the delivery and initiate a standard return as per our Return Policy.
Maruti Trends reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: stock unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.
For successfully canceled prepaid orders, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
